The Internet is looked upon as a way to earn extra money by most people.
If you have been trying to to earn extra money on the Internet for even a short while, you have undoubtedly heard quite a few names being thrown about. You'd be surprised, how many people consider themselves experts, or at least think they know one. It is like a marketing swami clique. Marketers will always try to sell you something you don't need and persuade you that your life is miserable without their product and that you will remain a nobody in their eyes without knowing someone.
You must have already heard of audio and video streaming, online seminars, product and service launches, and joint ventures, etc. These sales people are making lots of money from such product sales. The irony is that these products become valuable to folks who buy them.
But you'll be surprised to know that there are many people on the Web making thousands of dollars a month without ever spending their own money on different fees and services that sales people provide. These people don't need to visit various marketing seminars at all. They rarely do joint ventures, because frankly, no one knows who they are. They just use their PCs to click a fews links every day and then wait for the money to come.
Is it really possible? It's not only possible, but it's also getting popular as more and more people are involved - it's done by using Google Adsense, Affiliate links, and content.
For example, let's take a look at Google Adsense. Google is a search engine that loves content, the more you can offer and the higher the quality you can get - the better.
When you create multiple content pages on your web site, the search engine spiders crawl the site, then follow each link to more content, which helps raise your rankings.
How does it help you in your online venture? Just by using Adsense banners within your page's content. As your web site's visitors navigate around your web site they sometimes click on the Adsense links too. Each time it gets a click you earn a commission from Google. It can be as small as a few pennies, and as large as several dollars.
They do not have to buy anything. Just clicking the link makes you money. The more people you drive to your web site, the more people will click the links, and the more money you will make.
Now all you need is content. If you are a good writer, you can write your own. But most of us are not.
A good option is to pick up relevant articles written by others. A search for article directories will throw up thousands of articles. You need not pay anything as long as you include the resource box with each article. This is a sensible option as you are not promoting your own product.
If you use another person's article, however, the reader sometimes believes that person knows better and clicks on the link in the resource box instead of the Adsense links put up in your page, thereby generating income for the other person and not you.
Another option is Private Label Rights articles. You can change them just a little bit to fit your needs.
You can also use affiliate links to increase your income. And you have done it without a single product of your own.
Making money on the Internet is not that difficult, it is just like any other business. -
