As soon as you try to make some money using the Internet, you come across the names of some people that are oft repeated. These are the self-appointed experts and so-called important people who claim to know other important people. It reminds you of a marketing swami. They make you think of yourself as inferior if you do not know somebody important.
You must have come across product launches, audio and video streaming, teleseminars, and joint ventures, etc. There is a great deal of money in selling these products and services for the marketing swamis who sell them. It is not as if those who buy them are duped into doing so, these products and services are of good use to the buyers.
But you'll be surprised to know that there are many people on the Web making thousands of dollars a month without ever spending their own money on different fees and services that sales people provide. They don't need to attend seminars across the country just to make deals. These people simply don't need joint ventures to earn their capital. The people, we're talking about, usually sit in the comfort of their homes and do a lot of link clicking on a daily basis to generate their monthly earnings.
Affiliate links, Google Adsense, and content. These will help you understand how people manage this.
Let's see how Google Adsense works. The search engines work in the following way: they crawl and index content to rank it and offer as best search results possible - they love it and they need as much content as you can get.
The search engine's bots, also called spiders, periodically crawl the Web, including your multiple page web site, in search for more fresh content, indexing and ranking it.
How does this generate income for you? You need to place Adsense ads on each page of your web site. While going through your pages, many readers also click on the Adsense links. Every click assures you of a commission from Google. You may earn just a few cents or several dollars at a time.
The readers just need to click the link. They do not have to necessarily buy something. If you want to generate more income for yourself, direct more people to your web site so that more links may be clicked.
The only thing that stops you now is good content. Write it yourself, if you can. Writing does not come easily to most of us though.
A good option is to pick up relevant articles written by others. A search for article directories will throw up thousands of articles. You need not pay anything as long as you include the resource box with each article. This is a sensible option as you are not promoting your own product.
The disadvantage of putting up other people's articles is that the reader sometimes ends up clicking the link in the resource box instead of your Adsense links and you do not gain anything.
So you go for something known as the Private Label Rights articles. Copy another person's article, edit it a bit and make it your own. The reader will not know the source and will believe you to be the writer.
You can also make your own resource box with a link to another affiliate program web site to increase the chances of getting paid your commission. This allows you to avoid getting involved in the project yourself.
Making money on the Internet is not that difficult, it is just like any other business. -
