Take Google Adsense, for instance. Google is a search engine that loves content, the more you can offer and the higher the quality you can get - the better.
Create a website with multiple content pages and the search engine scans the contents, picks up each link to display more content, thereby raising your rankings.
How does this make you money? The answer is: By placing Adsense ads on every page. As readers click through your pages, many will also click the Adsense links. Each time it gets a click you earn a commission from Google. It can be anywhere from a few cents to several dollars.
Your guest does not have to buy a product or a service. They just click on the link and earn you a commission. The more people you drive to your website, the more people will click the links, and the more money you will make.
Therefore, having high quality content on your website should be your primary concern. It is possible to write your own content when you know how to do it right. But most of us are not.
One option would be to use articles written by others. You can find many articles in the popular article directories. In general, you are allowed to use such articles on one condition: you must have a link that refers to a website the content is originating from. If you are not interested in promoting your own product this is a very handy solution.
The major downside to using other peoples articles is that the reader will view them as the expert and likely click the link in the resource box instead of the Adsense links, and you lose money.
You can also use Private Label Rights articles. You can apply small changes so that the article will look completely different.
You can also use affiliate links to increase your income. This allows you to avoid getting involved in the project yourself.
